By creating a Memori account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Memori ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including beta users, registered account holders, and visitors.
Memori is currently in beta. During this period:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your access code or account credentials with others.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Album orders are charged at the time of purchase. Due to the physical nature of printed albums, refunds are only available if your album arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for refund requests.
Memori partners with third-party print and fulfillment providers. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days. Memori is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We do not ship to sanctioned countries.
Memori is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Memori Photos Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your privacy matters. We collect only what we need to deliver your album and protect your account.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Stripe for payment processing — Memori never stores your card details. Access to your data is restricted to authorised Memori team members only.

Memori is a platform for real memories. We take content safety seriously.
Memori uses automated content scanning and human review to enforce these policies. Violations may result in:
If you encounter content that violates these policies, please report it immediately to safety@memori.photos. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.
Memori has a zero tolerance policy for content involving the exploitation of minors. Any such content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
